Pastor Willie Arbuckle Jr.
Our pastor leads with a heart for God's people and a passion for teaching the Word. With a deep commitment to prayer, discipleship, and community, our pastor guides the church with wisdom, love, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Under this faithful leadership, Lovingkindness Pentecost Church continues to grow as a place where lives are transformed, families are strengthened, and the love of Christ is shared with everyone.Pastor Willie Arbuckle Jr. attended Pentecost Church of Jesus Christ as a child in Chandler, AZ, where his father, Elder Willie Arbuckle Sr. pastored.
Pastor Arbuckle Jr. began his training for the ministry under the guidance of Pastor Wilfred McFadden from Lord’s Tempe Church in Phoenix, AZ. There Pastor Arbuckle Jr. began to teach and preach the word of God and conducted his first Revival Service.
Pastor Arbuckle Jr. was ordained as a minister under the guidance of the late Pastor Bishop Michael C. Newman at Gethsemane Park Apostolic Church in Mesa, AZ, and was ordained and licensed as an Elder under the guidance of Pastor Wilfred McFadden at Lord’s Temple Church in Phoenix, AZ.
Pastor Arbuckle and 1st Lady Francine have been married for 43 yrs and have two adult children BJ and Marissa who assist them in the ministry, and three grandchildren.
Evangelist Francine Akins-Arbuckle attended Grace Memorial COGIC as a youth, there she devoted her life to God under the late Pastor William Thompson.
She spearheaded the “Young People Working together” committee that organized and planned special services to encourage the youth. She began teaching and preaching the word of God at Lord’s Tempe under the leadership of Pastor Wilfred McFadden.
Evangelist Francine Arbuckle was ordained and licensed as an Evangelist by the late Bishop Michael C. Newman at Gethsemane Apostolic Church. Evangelist Arbuckle currently creates and teaches online Bible Study under the anointing of the Holy Ghost.
She has tarried with numerous believers, and they received the baptismal of the Holy Ghost.
In 2020 she published her first book, "Overcoming Distractions: A Blibical Guide To Staying Focused." Her second book, "Living Without A Buildup" will be published soon.
Evangelist Arbuckle services the community through Enrichment Family & Individual Counseling LLC, as she’s a Licensed Professional Counselor. First Lady Evangelist
